Over the last twenty six years, we have successfully negotiated and concluded agreements between our clients and the esteemed companies Citroen (France), IVECO (Italy), SCANIA (Sweden), Hyundai Corp. (South Korea), Renault (France), KIA Motor (South Korea), Daewoo Bus (South Korea), and Mahindra & Mahindra (India). We have also established car sales and after-sales networks for the Iranian car manufacturers in SAIPA Group, a full-range car-manufacturing group producing nearly five hundred thousand vehicles annually. Our successful agreements have been implemented in Jordan, Algeria, Syria (through a car manufacturing Joint Venture), Turkey, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Armenia, Azerbaijan (via a sales network Joint Venture), and Turkmenistan.

Oil & Gas:
Our team has a proven record of negotiating and finalizing contracts for complex oil, gas, and petrochemical projects. These projects, except for one which ended up with arbitration, have been successfully implemented and fulfilled. These projects, predominantly situated in the Middle East, encompass various aspects such as upstream and downstream oil and gas sites, equipment erection, commissioning, and support units like desalting projects.
